The FBI-SOS (Safe Online Surfing) Internet Challenge is a FREE, educational, fun online program that promotes online safety and cyber citizenship. The program teaches students in 3rd through 8th grades how to recognize and respond to online dangers and provides vital Internet safety guidance in an interesting, competitive format.
FBI-SOS is open to all public and private schools nationwide. Only an Internet connection is needed to participate. The program runs each month, September through May. Topics include Protecting Personal Information, Online Predators, Cyber bullying, Instant Messaging, Social Networking, Cell Phone Safety and Gaming Safety.
